1. Who we are

CUPPATHAI Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) operates cuppathai.com and its learning tools (Lesson Player, Voice Lab, and VOCAP), providing AI-scored English speaking practice and English lesson packs. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site and those tools, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

2. What we collect and why

We collect your name and email to create your account and process orders; for purchases (lesson packs, Voice Lab/VOCAP credits), payment confirmation from our payment processor — we never see your card or banking details; your voice recording at the moment of AI scoring, sent to a speech-recognition service to generate a transcript and score and not stored afterward; and any messages you send us. We use this data to run your account, deliver what you've purchased, respond to enquiries, and, with your consent, send updates. We do not sell personal data.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run CuppaThai — a database provider, a licensed payment processor, a speech-recognition service, an email provider, and our web host — each receiving only what its role requires, plus disclosure where Thai law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and as required by Thai tax law; voice recordings are not retained after scoring.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us below to exercise any of these.

Using any CuppaThai product sold on this site — the Lesson Player, Voice Lab, or VOCAP — means you accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our services

We provide English lesson packs with AI pronunciation scoring and a downloadable Epub Learn English lesson book (Lesson Player), and free-form AI-scored speaking practice and a vocabulary game on prepaid credits (Voice Lab, VOCAP).

3. Accounts & eligibility

To buy directly, you must be at least 20 (Thailand's age of majority) or have a parent/guardian's involvement. Keep your login confidential — you're responsible for activity on your account unless it results from our own security failure.

4. Payment & pricing

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and may change at any time. Purchases (lesson packs, Voice Lab/VOCAP credits) are paid at checkout, processed by our licensed payment processor. Checkout currently accepts PromptPay. See Part 3 for our refund, delivery, and cancellation terms.

5. Your license to use our content

Lesson packs, Epub Learn English lesson books, and other course material remain the property of CuppaThai. Buying a pack or credits gives you a personal license to use that content for your own learning — not to resell, republish, or distribute it commercially.

6. Liability & governing law

Our AI scores are a practice and feedback tool, not a certified language proficiency assessment, and results can vary. We aim to keep CuppaThai available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to that claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

1. Our refund policy

Lesson packs, Voice Lab credits, and VOCAP credits are digital products delivered instantly, so we generally can't refund them once accessed or spent — except for a duplicate charge, a technical fault on our side that meant you never received access, or a purchase made in error and reported within 24 hours before any access.

2. Delivery & cancellation

All products are digital and delivered electronically — nothing is shipped. Purchases are one-off (no subscription and no automatic renewal), so there is nothing to cancel after you buy beyond the refund terms above.
